Indy team owner gore fined for unlicensed driving

DETR네이버 룰렛OIT — A Detroit man who police say was intoxicated on drugs while at a wedding bar last month has been ordered by a judge to pay a total of $6,000 to the city of Detroit and six drunken passengers $6,000 each for the damage.

Hannah Scott Davenport, who had been driving a silver 2016 Ford Focus sedan and a silver 2016 BMW, was found by police about 2:45 p.m. Dec. 16 in a Ford Park parking lot.

According to court records, Davenport had been driving drunk when she got into the car and she told officers that she was a bride at a reception when she got pulled over by officers. Davenport told officers that she hadn’t been drinking but her breath smelled of alcohol, p시흥출장마사지 시흥안마olice said.

She also told police that her blood alcohol content was 0.0241, according to court records. She pleaded guilty in 2011 to driving while impaired, with the judge citing police findings that Davenport had a blood-alcohol content of 0.02 to 0.04 at the time of her arrest.

Police found a small amount of drugs and a small amount of Xanax in her car, said Steve Sisolak, a spokesman for Wayne State’s legal defense center. Davenport will be required to complete a substance abuse program and to attend 12-step meetings, the court records said.

Police said Davenport had been attending 12-step meetings since May 2010.

The Detroit attorney for her has agreed to represent her in the suit, Sisolak said.

The attorney said Davenport did not make a mistake as she was intoxicated on alcohol. She didn’t believe she was intoxicated when she got into the car, he said.

She was not cited.

Detroit police arrested Davenport after a car she was driving ran over a tree on a rural area road north of Woodward and into a fence post.

“Her license plate came back as a black vehicle an속초출장마사지d the car’s license was suspended after the crash,” Sisolak said. “She was charged with DUI and hit and run and the car’s license was suspended.”

The city paid out $6,000 and the six women each agreed to pay $2,500 for the damage to the house, Sisolak said.
