MOSCOW (AP) — The Russia우리카지노n Ministry of Defence said Monday it has reached a deal with two oil producers to provide fuel to oil platforms for the Navy’s Arctic patrol ships for the first time.
Moscow’s ministry of defence said the deal with the Norwegian oil giant Statoil was signed in early November last year.
The move is a bid to spur the development 더킹카지노of oil production at oil platforms in the Kara Sea after Russia closed its natural gas field.
The two companies are Russian oil giant Rosneft and Japan’s Tokyo바카라사이트 Oil & Gas.
The joint deal will create over a million jobs and will allow Russia to boost its marine and military fleet by nearly one million tons from 2012 to 2022, the ministry said.
